摘要: OBJECTIVE:ToobservetheinfluenceofQingrehuatandecoction(QRHT)onserummetabolicprofileinyoungessentialhypertension(YEH)patientswithabundantphlegm-heatsyndromeandprovideabasisfortreatmentwiththedecoction.METHODS:TwelvemaleYEHpatientswererandomlyselectedandserumsampleswerecollectedforexaminationbeforeandafter4weeksofthetreatmentwithQRHT.Twelvehealthymaleswererandomlyselectedandtheirserumsampleswerecollectedasacontrol.Allserumsamplesweredetectedusingmetabolomictechnologywith1Hnuclearmagneticresonance.Differencesinmetaboliteswerestudiedbyprincipalcomponentanalysisandpartialleastsquares-discriminateanalysis,whichproducedscoresandloadingsplots.RESULTS:After4weeksoftreatment,serumsubstancescouldbedistinguishedbetweentheYEHpatientswithabundantphlegm-heatsyndromeandthecontrolpatients.Thespecificserumendogenousmetabolitestendedtoimproveafterthetreatment.QRHTcanappropriatelyincreasethelevelsofglucose,lacticacid,citricacid,high-densitylipoprotein,phosphatidylcholine,glycerophosphatecholine,hydroxybutyrate,alanine,andglutamate.QRHTcouldalsodecreasethelevelsoflow-densitylipoprotein/verylow-densitylipoprotein,lipids,N-acetylglycoprotein,andO-acetylglycoprotein.CONCLUSION:QRHTcaneffectivelyamelioratemetabolicdisordersinYEHPatientswithabundantphlegm-heatsyndrome.1HNMR-basedmetabolomictechnologycanprovideanobjectivebasisforthetreatmentofYEHpatientswithabundantphlegm-heatsyndromeusingQRHT. ...
